Our G-System is a carbide efficient tooling system where insert and drill come together to produce the most accurate and economical hole finishing system of its kind.
All of our G-System tools are simple to assemble and are easily adjustable to ensure precise dimensional accuracy.
With insert walls that allow 2-4 regrinds, this indexable tooling system further lowers your cost per cut.
If your part configuration is larger then what a solid drill can accommodate, we would recommend our Helmet Head design.
This tool is also available with PCD Tipped drills & inserts for non-ferrous materials.
